Senior Director, Product Design

This role leads a team of product and UX designers supporting developer experience, design systems, and AI-enabled design tooling across PayPal. The position involves setting clear goals and quality standards, developing designers, and enabling the delivery of useful, accessible, and consistent experiences for internal and external developers. The successful candidate is an experienced people leader and active design practitioner who coaches designers, manages performance, and contributes directly to design work when senior judgment or technical depth can improve outcomes.
