The Sr Director, PD-Tech for SharkNinja Connectivity Products is a senior category leader responsible for driving a cross-functional team to deliver 5-star robotics and connected products that meet consumer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability goals. Reporting to the SVP, this leader defines strategic roadmaps, oversees product development from ideation through mass production, and collaborates on business and go-to-market strategy across the organization. The role also includes people leadership, mentoring through Director level, and acting as the category expert for cross-functional stakeholders.
