The Senior Director, Product Development for INSWA leads the region’s end-to-end innovation, productivity, and business continuity agenda, shaping multi-year product, package, and platform strategies and building consumer-centric pipelines. The role partners across global and regional functions, external partners, and the bottling system to deliver technically rigorous, scalable solutions and strengthen organizational capability. This is a people-leader role based in Gurugram with a hybrid 3-days onsite / 2-days remote work setup.
