About this role
The Senior Director, Product Management, Enterprise Shared Services leads the strategic direction and governance of foundational enterprise platforms that support learner, member, candidate, and institutional experiences. The role has primary oversight of modernizing BERT capabilities and Identity & Access Management (IAM) to enable the organization’s 2030 strategy and enterprise-wide interoperability. This position partners across Technology, Security, Data & Analytics, and business teams and is eligible for flexible work arrangements in approved U.S. jurisdictions.
