The Senior Director, Product and Regulatory Management leads teams responsible for product lifecycle, commercial business administration, and regulatory communications across Medicare and commercial lines. This role partners with company leadership to develop and implement products that meet membership and profitability targets and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. The position oversees strategy for Medicare Advantage, DSNP, fully insured group, and individual offerings and manages a leadership team to deliver on these objectives.
