About this role

The Senior Director, Program Management leads execution of strategic Systems and Informatics product development programs within Siemens Healthineers' Core Laboratory Solutions business. This role provides cross‑functional leadership across R&D, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Operations to drive predictable execution of complex, global medical device programs from initiation through commercialization and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex Systems and Informatics product development programs globally
Drive cross‑functional alignment across R&D, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Operations
Manage program budgets and oversee external partners, suppliers and OEMs
Provide executive governance reporting on program health, risks and milestones
Ensure compliance with FDA and international regulatory requirements throughout product lifecycle
