Senior Director – Property Accounting

The Senior Director – Property Accounting provides senior leadership for the Property Accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely property-level accounting and financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP. This role oversees the Bengaluru-based team, partners with US leadership on close processes, and drives improvements in policies, workflows, and automation. The position serves as a key liaison between offshore and onshore teams to maintain strong internal controls and support strategic financial initiatives.
