Senior Director Quality Assurance

The Senior Director, Quality Assurance at Amgen Rhode Island will lead site Quality for two drug substance manufacturing facilities, guiding the development and execution of quality strategy to support pipeline and volume growth. This role oversees a team of ~50 associates and ensures product quality and compliance with Amgen standards and regulatory requirements. The position also supports technology integration, tech transfer, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain effective ongoing operations.
