Senior Director, Quality Control

Crescent Biopharma is seeking a Senior Director of Quality Control to define and implement the company's QC strategy across all development phases, from early development through commercialization. The role involves overseeing QC activities for drug substance, drug product, and intermediates, while partnering with Analytical Sciences and other teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. This position requires leading outsourced GMP QC operations, managing CDMO relationships, and providing technical leadership for investigations and change controls. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in biologics QC, analytical development, and CMC functions, with a strong understanding of global GMP regulations and regulatory submissions.
