The Senior Director, RWD Operations Lead drives the strategy, execution, and innovation of Eli Lilly's real-world data ecosystem across therapeutic areas. This role ensures RWD pipelines are built, validated, and governed to create reusable, AI-ready assets that accelerate evidence generation at scale. The leader bridges scientific requirements with technical infrastructure, orchestrates cross-functional governance, and establishes frameworks for data use and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead technical and data integrity evaluation of raw real-world data
Translate scientific needs into enterprise RWD infrastructure strategy
Own end-to-end code list standardization and maintenance
Lead development of reusable phenotyping algorithms and pipelines
Establish governance and documentation standards for RWD asset reuse

Skills

Qualifications

Masters degree in quantitative, data, or health-related field3 years of RWD hands-on experience3 years of RWD Healthcare coding systems experience2 years of direct people management experience (preferred)
