The Director – Asset Management Residential at Qiddiya Investment Company will lead the residential asset management and leasing function to optimize performance of Qiddiya City’s residential assets, aligning outcomes with QIC corporate objectives. The role provides owner-perspective input on market positioning, design fitout, pricing and broker strategy across GCC markets, and drives financial returns, portfolio value and ESG commitments. The director will build and oversee multilingual leasing teams and broker networks while collaborating with development, sales, and operations to ensure leasing launches and operational readiness.
