Senior Director Retail Operations

The Senior Director Retail Operations – EMEA leads PVH’s retail operations across Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in EMEA, reporting to the SVP Commercial Operations. The role is accountable for defining and implementing scalable store operations, driving operational excellence and adoption, and ensuring sustained commercial performance across Full Price and Outlet stores. The position is based at PVH’s Amsterdam campus and partners with local hubs, brand and commercial teams to translate strategy into consistent store execution.
