Senior Director, Strategy

This role partners with senior leadership to shape, execute, and communicate the institute’s strategic direction, focusing on strategic planning, research portfolio development, and market and technology sensing. The position involves translating big-picture priorities into actionable plans that drive real outcomes and overseeing the planning cycle, including leadership offsites and annual planning sessions. It requires building and leading a high-performance, multi-disciplinary team while engaging internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic alignment.
