About this role

The Senior Director of Supply Chain leads Division leadership for sourcing, procurement, and materials management across Motion Control Systems and Micro Motion brands within the Regal Rexnord portfolio. This role is accountable for developing integrated sourcing strategies that enable business growth, optimize working capital, and deliver cost improvements across a global, multi-site footprint. The leader partners with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to strengthen supplier performance and ensure a resilient supply chain aligned with strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

Define and execute end-to-end sourcing and materials strategy across divisions
Lead and develop a global organization spanning strategic sourcing and inventory planning
Develop enterprise commodity strategies to drive cost and risk mitigation outcomes
Manage supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance for critical suppliers
Drive standardized materials planning practices and optimize inventory turns and working capital
