Senior Director Talent Development & Performance

The Senior Director Talent Development & Performance leads the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide talent initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent across Bloomingdale’s. This role partners with store and central leadership to build organizational capability, shape the future workforce, and drive positive business impact through effective talent management. The position oversees development programs, performance processes, and culture initiatives to ensure a strong, diverse internal bench of leaders.
