Senior Director Tax

The Senior Director Tax leads the company's overall tax strategy and policy across federal, multi-state, and local jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting ongoing growth. This role involves directing the preparation and filing of all tax returns, managing tax audits, and providing leadership on mergers, acquisitions, and integrations. The position also oversees tax provision and reporting under ASC 740, while building and mentoring the internal tax function to support a rapidly growing enterprise.
