The Senior Director, Medical Affairs (US) supports the VP Medical Affairs in defining and executing the US medical strategy and ensures alignment across clinical development, commercial, and external stakeholders. The role leads and evolves the MSL organization, contributes to advisory board, publication, and congress planning, and helps ensure launch readiness for therapeutic programs. This position partners cross-functionally to drive study enrollment strategies and represent the company externally to build scientific reputation.
