Senior District Manager

This role leads a large district or territory to maximize store potential, achieving sales productivity goals and profitability. The position involves hiring and coaching area and store management talent while ensuring operational and visual merchandising standards are met. As a liaison to the corporate office, the leader develops programs for stores and coaches District Managers to support Regional Directors.
