About this role

The Senior Dredge Project Manager leads large‑scale, complex dredging and marine construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing schedule, budget, safety, and quality. They serve as the primary client interface, manage financial performance, coordinate field operations, and mentor project teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of dredging projects from award to closeout
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
Mentor multidisciplinary teams and oversee subcontractors and vendors
