Senior EAP Consultant providing part-time (10 hours/week) behavioral health support to organizations and their employees through assessment, consultation, education, and triage. The role applies knowledge of federal workplace regulations and EAP practices to assist with employee concerns, restore diminished performance, and refer to appropriate levels of care. The consultant serves as a clinical resource for employees and supervisors and supports team and client performance initiatives.
