Quirk Books is seeking a Senior Editor to develop, acquire, and manage its unconventional list of commercial fiction and select nonfiction titles. This role involves leading the strategic growth of the fiction publishing program, originating concepts, and acquiring outside projects to strengthen the list. The ideal candidate will collaborate with authors, agents, and internal teams to build and edit projects from ideation through publication.
