Senior Electrical Design Engineer – LV Switchgear

This role involves end-to-end ownership of LV switchgear design activities, including PCC, MCC, APFC, and Distribution Boards, while mentoring junior engineers. The position requires technical maturity and independent decision-making, serving as a hands-on senior individual contributor with accountability equivalent to an Assistant-Manager level. The engineer will act as a technical interface with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure design intent is correctly executed.
