About this role

The Senior Electrical Design Engineer at Podium Automation is responsible for leading the design of UL 508A compliant electrical schematics that streamline the manufacturing process of industrial control panels. Reporting to the CTO, the role involves translating customer requirements into scalable designs, developing a component database, and testing new software tools to expedite schematic creation. Additionally, the engineer will oversee final validation testing, mentor junior staff, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to enhance product offerings. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering within industrial automation and proficiency in design software like EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical.
