About this role

Axon is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical design, development, and validation of complex, highly integrated hardware for mission-critical connected devices. This role involves owning the full hardware lifecycle, from system architecture and component selection through schematic capture, PCB layout, bring-up, validation, certification, and mass production. The position requires deep expertise in mixed-signal electronics, high-speed interfaces, and power architecture to solve complex challenges across signal integrity, thermal constraints, and form factor.

Responsibilities

Design and validate complex mixed-signal hardware for mission-critical connected devices
Drive high-density PCB architecture, schematic capture, and layout from concept to production
Lead board bring-up, debugging, and root-cause analysis using laboratory test equipment
