About this role

This role provides technical leadership for the design and development of high-voltage and extra-high-voltage transmission substations, including AIS and GIS installations. The position involves developing and reviewing core electrical engineering deliverables, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EHV substation design and a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for 115/230/500 kV and above transmission substation design
Develop and review core electrical engineering deliverables and EHV substation layouts
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients on technical matters
