About this role

The Senior Engineer leads the design, development, and integration of Warehouse Management System solutions, focusing on Manhattan WMS and related technologies. This role provides technical guidance, creates design specifications, and mentors junior team members while ensuring projects meet scope, quality, schedule, and budget expectations. The engineer also supports HyperCare transitions and documents lessons learned for implemented projects.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end design and development of WMS technical solutions
Provide technical guidance and lead medium to high effort enhancement projects
Collaborate with platforms such as SAP, FedEx and rfXCL as technical SME
Manage project priorities, scope, quality, schedule and budget
Act as technical lead and mentor to uplift junior team members
