About this role

As a senior member of the Process Automation team at Moderna, this role leads the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of advanced manufacturing systems for Individualized Neoantigen Therapies. You will drive innovation in systems architecture and smart manufacturing while collaborating cross-functionally to scale personalized medicine through compliant, highly integrated automation platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead automation strategy and architecture aligned with ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards
Manage CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning and transition to operations
Develop and maintain APIs and integrations across data lakes and ERP platforms
Ensure adherence to 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity requirements
Mentor cross-functional teams including process engineers and manufacturing staff
