Strava is a social fitness platform and mobile app that connects millions of runners, cyclists, hikers and other active people worldwide through activity tracking and social sharing. Users record GPS-tracked workouts, analyze performance with metrics and maps, and compete on segments and leaderboards while discovering and building routes. The service emphasizes community features — followers, clubs, challenges and shared photos — and integrates with GPS devices and third-party apps. A paid subscription tier adds advanced training tools, deeper analytics, safety features (like live tracking) and personalized insights.
