The Senior Engineer / Lead Engineer – VMware & Hyper-V (L3+) is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, optimization, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of enterprise virtualization platforms. This role serves as the highest technical escalation point for virtualization-related incidents, changes, problem management, capacity planning, and disaster recovery activities. The position requires extensive experience in managing enterprise-scale virtualized environments using VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
