About this role

This role is responsible for managing the operation, maintenance, and commissioning of various industrial equipment including injection molding machines, extrusion systems, and utilities. Key duties involve performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, calculating MTTR and MTBF metrics, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. The position also requires developing maintenance procedures and updating ISO documentation for Integrated, Environmental, Quality, and Occupational Health Safety Management Systems.

Responsibilities

Perform regular preventive maintenance on industrial equipment to minimize downtime
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and execute corrective actions
Calculate and prepare MTTR and MTBF metrics for all necessary machines
Install, commission, and test new equipment and systems effectively
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
