About this role

Venture Global LNG is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join the project team at the Calcasieu Pass LNG 2 facility in Cameron, Louisiana. This role reports to the Director of Engineering and focuses on regulatory interface, technical input for site operations, and coordination with contractors for issue resolution. The position requires extensive experience in the refining, petrochemical, or LNG industries, along with proficiency in structural analysis software.

Responsibilities

Provide technical input to field RFIs and coordinate issue resolution with contractors
Review surveyor deliverables and assist with fit up and interface misses at site
Manage LDOT and ACOE regulatory interface and provide weekly site engineering reports

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural EngineeringLicensed Professional Engineer with NCEES records
