This role supports and develops frontend, backend, full-stack and test engineers while partnering closely with product and design to shape the roadmap and user experience. The manager applies strong technical judgment and product instincts to guide architectural decisions and ensure successful, on-time delivery without being a day-to-day individual contributor.
