Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical disciplineMinimum 7 years’ experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), MOM, or digital manufacturing – preferably, pharmaceutical, food or dairy processingProven track record delivering multi-site or enterprise-scale MES implementationsExperience within FMCG, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environmentsHands-on experience with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter (Execution / Pharma / Discrete), SIMATIC IT, Camstar, or similar
