Senior Engineering Manager (m/f/n) – Payments & Checkout

InPost Group is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale a growing engineering organization within the Pay domain, overseeing approximately 24–25 engineers across three teams. The role focuses on driving technical excellence, developing engineering leadership, and shaping technology strategy in collaboration with product and business stakeholders. This position involves establishing delivery standards, managing dependencies, and promoting responsible AI adoption to improve engineering productivity and software quality. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven decision-making to enhance domain-level KPIs, OKRs, and overall organizational performance.
