The Senior Enterprise Architect for Customer Identity & Access Management is an architecture-first, consultative leader responsible for defining CIAM vision, principles, and target-state architectures across Zip’s product ecosystem. The role influences platform direction, guides modernization, and advises senior stakeholders to ensure customer identity is secure, scalable, and aligned with risk and regulatory requirements. This position is remote-first for US-based employees with an option to work from the Manhattan office.
