Senior Environmental Compliance Manager

The Senior Construction Environmental Compliance Manager leads and delivers environmental compliance services during design and construction for complex transportation and infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on Sound Transit, WSDOT, and other Washington public-agency projects. This role is highly technical and field-focused, responsible for ensuring contractor and agency compliance with environmental permits, regulatory requirements, and environmental commitments on heavy-civil, design-build, and progressive design-build projects. The position works closely with Sound Transit and WSDOT construction management teams, resident engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to proactively manage environmental risk, support construction schedules, and resolve compliance challenges in real time.
