Senior Environmental & Sustainability Manager

The Senior Environmental & Sustainability Manager will define and deliver the environmental strategy for the STEP fusion programme, providing programme‑level assurance that environmental and sustainability risks are understood, managed, and controlled throughout the plant’s lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of Environment & Sustainability, the role leads a high‑performing environmental team, oversees consenting and regulatory engagement, and integrates environmental considerations into engineering, construction, and operational decision‑making.
