Senior Equipment Engineer, Cell Therapy

This role provides engineering leadership and lifecycle ownership for manufacturing, laboratory, facility, utility, and GMP infrastructure assets within a cell therapy manufacturing environment. The position involves leading technical and capital initiatives, collaborating across the network to advance standards and digital integration, and participating in a 24/7 on-call support model. The engineer will drive equipment reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement while managing vendor relationships and cross-functional teams.
