The Senior Equipment Engineer designs and implements production equipment, automation, and controls for manufacturing and packaging novel delivery systems and aseptic products. This role leads cross-functional efforts to improve equipment strategies, processes, and metrics to enhance cost-effectiveness, product quality, and on-time performance. The position also supports R&D teams in developing process-related equipment and automated control systems for scale-up and commercial shipments.
