A Senior Equipment & Process Engineer (Plating) responsible for supporting and driving high-performance BIM (RTR) plating operations in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role focuses on sustaining process stability and improving yield while supporting the introduction and transfer of new plating technologies into high-volume manufacturing. Experience with MECO plating lines is a strong advantage.
