About this role

The Senior Estimating Manager is responsible for leading the bid process for a project, developing a work plan, identifying resources, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with RFPs.

Responsibilities

Lead the bid process for large, complex projects
Develop work plans and identify resources required
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with RFPs
Maintain trade partner relationships and leverage them for business decisions
Provide oversight and guidance to Engineers and Estimating Managers

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or related field or equivalent relevant experienceSeven (7) years’ experience in estimating for commercial construction, two (2) years managing EstimatorsExperience leading the bidding process for multiple complex projectsExperience with a variety of building typesKnowledge of principles and practices of engineering and construction management, including safety, quality, constructability, and sustainability standards
