Senior Estimator – Residential

This role involves leading comprehensive preconstruction estimates for large-scale multi-family, apartment, HUD, OFHA, and senior housing projects. The position requires managing the entire estimating lifecycle, fostering key industry relationships, and presenting accurate cost data directly to clients. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in residential estimating with specific knowledge of HUD and OFHA guidelines.
