Senior Estimator — Sitework / Grading / Utilities

A senior estimator for a confidential Atlanta-area site development contractor will be responsible for building complete estimates for full site packages, including grading, utilities, paving, erosion control, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water main, and site concrete. The role requires strong civil plan reading, quantity takeoff, and independent pricing of projects ranging from $4M to $30M, with direct interaction with ownership and senior leadership.
