A senior estimator for a confidential Atlanta-area site development contractor will be responsible for building complete estimates for full site packages, including grading, utilities, paving, erosion control, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water main, and site concrete. The role requires strong civil plan reading, quantity takeoff experience, and the ability to price projects independently without extensive oversight.
