Senior Estimator — Sitework / Grading / Utilities

A senior estimator for a confidential Atlanta-area site development contractor will be responsible for building complete estimates for site construction projects, including grading, utilities, paving, erosion control, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water mains, and site concrete. The role requires strong civil plan reading, quantity takeoff experience, and the ability to price and defend bids independently while collaborating with senior leadership.
