Senior Estimator – Underground Utilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead estimating and bid preparation for major heavy civil infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on underground wet utilities. The role involves performing detailed quantity takeoffs, developing labor and equipment costs, and reviewing project plans and specifications. This hands-on position requires strong knowledge of heavy civil construction means and methods and the ability to manage multiple bid deadlines simultaneously.
