Senior Estimator – Underground Utilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead estimating and bid preparation for major heavy civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on underground wet utilities. The role involves performing detailed quantity takeoffs, developing labor and equipment costs, and reviewing project plans and specifications. This hands-on position requires strong knowledge of heavy civil construction means and methods and the ability to manage multiple bid deadlines simultaneously.
