Senior Estimator – Underground Utilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead estimating and bid preparation for major heavy civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on underground wet utilities. The role involves performing quantity takeoffs, developing detailed cost estimates, and overseeing the bidding process for water, sewer, and storm drain systems. This hands-on position requires strong knowledge of heavy civil construction means and methods to manage multiple estimates and mentor estimating staff.
