Senior Estimator – Wet Utilities / Pipeline Construction

The Senior Estimator will lead the planning, coordination, and development of detailed cost estimates for wet pipeline construction projects in Southern California. Reporting to the Chief Estimator, this role will analyze project data, prepare comprehensive estimate reviews, and support post‑award activities such as takeoffs and cost forecasting. The position also involves mentoring junior estimators and collaborating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
