Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator leads project estimating efforts, providing leadership, training, and mentorship to the estimating team under the Preconstruction Manager. They collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop cost estimates across all design phases, manage bid processes, and ensure accurate budgeting and value engineering throughout preconstruction.
